The Comms Summit (This Thursday)

0

Dear Lucky Credit Industry Member. Re: The Comms Summit

HERE’s a reminder of your fantastic opportunity to learn about opportunities, strategies – and regulation! – when communicating in our great industry on Thursday 25 April 12 to 1, in our free second Comms Summit webinar, in association with Saascoms.

We are pinning a discussion of these topics into the credit and collections industry, before we potentially expand the discussion into other sectors of the economy in the future. Don’t worry – credit is always at the heart of what we do!

So we will look at:

  • How is our demographic changing? Is it a mess?
  • Must prices keep going up?
  • How are consumer retail needs changing?
  • How do we balance consumer and credit comms expectations?

Join our great panel (see below) for our probe into comms strategies, pitfalls – and possibilities!

  • NB, we will also ask you for your views on how we can discuss these topics in future in a five minute online poll at the end, from approx 12.50. Please stay on board for that
  • If you have any questions for the audience, please note when completing the registration form, or email direct. gd@credittoday.co

Panellists

  • Claire Aynsley, Head of membership and compliance, Credit Services Association
  • Russell Collins, Risk & Standards Compliance Manager, Credit Services Association
  • Professor David Coleman, Emeritus Professor of Demography, Oxford University, plus former government Special Adviser
  • Paul Nield, Director, Saascoms (sponsoring firm)
  • Jonathan Reynolds, Associate Professor in Retail Marketing and Deputy Dean at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. He is also Academic Director of the Oxford Institute of Retail Management and Governing Body Fellow in Retail Marketing at Green Templeton College, Oxford.

Chair

  • Gerard Dugdill, Publisher, Credit Today

Look forward to seeing you all there and don’t forget to register below to get the webinar link.
