About

Following on from our initial Comms Summit, Credit Today, in association with Saascoms, continue our investigation of how to get the best out of customer communications in a fast-changing economy.

The online summit will take place on 25 April 2024, 12:00-13:00.

We will look at the credit and collections industry, and also probe:

  • The changing UK demographic – what market place do we have to engage with now?
  • Innovation, technology & entrepreneurship in retail
  • How to communicate with customers to best effect to get paid on time
  • What are the dos and don’ts of customer communication?
  • How can service providers, across various sectors excel and win by capitalising on great comms
  • Bonus extras. Potential awards schemes for customers comms across a range of industries, including credit, retail, general finance, health, utilities & telecoms, and charity. Plus, how do YOU think great customer comms should be probed and best practice shared in the future?

What’s the aim of the event? 

To push and challenge thinkers and practitioners in retail and customer comms to get the best of the market.

Retailers, the credit industry (from financial creditors to debt recovery specialists, also the public sector), telecoms experts, regulators, population analysts, business practitioners, consultants and educators.
